Meet the Board of Trustees

The Scheme is managed by the Board of Trustees, which consists of seventeen (17) members, of which ten (10) are representatives of various Unions and Associations in the public Universities, five (5) are representatives of the VCG and an Independent Trustee.

Dr. Samuel Essamuah Assabil – Chair

Dr. Samuel Assabil is a distinguished statistician, actuarial scientist, and consultant with extensive experience in academia, research, and industry. He is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Statistics, University of Cape Coast (UCC), where he has taught since 2013.
